Three more board members were arrested in the Karuvannur Co-operative Bank fraud case. The crime branch arrested CPM leaders MB Dinesh, N Narayanan and A Muhammad Aslam. They surrendered before the investigation team. Earlier, four people, including the bank president, were arrested.
In addition to the board members, four others, including Kiran, one of the main accused in the case, are yet to be arrested. A look-out notice has been issued for Kiran. The Co-operation Department has found a loan irregularity of Rs. 104 crore.
