Kochi: The court rejected the plea to cancel the bail of actor Dileep in the case of attacking the actress in Kochi. The special court rejected the prosecution’s plea. The prosecution claimed that Dileep had tried to influence witnesses.
The crime branch investigated the complaint that Dileep tried to influence the witness in the case. But it could not be proven. So in this situation, the plea to be dismissed, Dileep argued. The court dismissed the prosecution’s plea considering this also.
The plea said that Dileep tried to change the statement with the witnesses. This was done through the threat of a breach of the bail conditions.Â
