Kochi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has submitted Kochi-Mangalapuram Natural Gas Pipeline to the nation. Kerala-Karnataka Governors and Chief Ministers were present at the function. Prime Minister Narendra Modi dedicated the Kochi – Mangaluru Natural Gas Pipeline to the nation via video conferencing.
The pipeline is expected to bring a big boost to the gas economy providing cheaper and cleaner fuel to industrial and residential consumers.
“Today is an important day for the people of India,” PM said after inaugurating the function. It is happy to see the results of the joint venture, Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said. The project is completed between the flood and the expansion of the covid. The Chief Minister also admires employees and workers joined in the project.
