Kochi: In the case of the attack on the actress, Special Public Prosecutor A. Suresh resigned. Suresh said the resignation letter was sent to the Home Secretary.
The public prosecutor has resigned as the trial in the case of attacking the actress is about to resume today. Following this, the case was adjourned till Thursday. The actress and the government had approached the high court seeking a change in the trial court in the case but the petitions were rejected.
