New Delhi: The central government has allotted Rs 35,298 crore as GST compensation to States and UTs. The move comes as the Center looks forward to joining the GST Council on Wednesday. It is also estimated that the council will discuss measures for tax revenue increases. GST revenue increased by 6 percent as compared to the same time period, last year. Total GST for November was Rs 492 crore at Rs 1 lakh.
