Kochi: The High Court granted bail to the three accused in the Palarivattam overbridge scam. Former Public Works Secretary, TO Sooraj, MD of RDS Projects Company; High Court Judge Sumit Goel and PD Tankachan, former RBDC Assistant General Manager was granted bail by the High Court. Benny Paul, another accused in the case, had already been granted bail.
