Kochi: The High Court Division bench will consider the petition filed by actor Dileep seeking a CBI probe into the incident. The apex court had earlier dismissed a petition seeking CBI probe.
Dileep wanted the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to probe the allegations against him. Accused has no right to ask any agency to investigate in a case. The preliminary argument for pre-trial proceedings was initiated in a special CBI court in Ernakulam. The court also ordered a special case against the special case.
