In the case of an attack on the actress, the High Court will decide today on the petition filed by the survivor seeking a comprehensive investigation into the change in the hash value of the memory card containing the footage. The petition was heard by the bench of Justice K Babu. The main demand of the survivor was to find out who checked the memory card without permission while in the custody of the court.
If someone captures the footage and spreads it, it will affect his future. The survivor also pointed out that the memory card was checked at night without a court order.
