Aligarh: 300 female students of Aligarh Muslim University hostel were admitted to the hospital due to food poisoning. The incident happened yesterday morning. The students were admitted to the Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College Hospital who were suffering from vomiting, diarrhea and fever.
By noon, most of them returned to the hostel after their health improved. Residents of Begum Aseemna Nisa Hall Hostel have food poisoning. Health department officials who inspected the hostel sent the food samples to the laboratory.
