Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala has become the first state in the country to make banking transactions completely digital. It was announced by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan in Thiruvananthapuram. Complete digital banking was implemented for the first time in Thrissur district.
In today’s era of proliferation of digital services and currencies, complete digital banking is possible through social interaction. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan also said that infrastructure for digital transactions has been provided through K Phone. The State’s Digital Work Force has received 3 awards including the Platinum Award.
