The functioning of the covid monitoring cell has resumed in the state

Thiruvananthapuram:  The functioning of the covid monitoring cell has resumed in the state. The decision has been taken in the context of increasing cases of covid in other countries. The Centre Government will be asked to make more vaccines available in the state.
At the same time, Health Minister Veena George announced that the state has intensified the prevention of covid. All districts have been alerted to strengthen defenses. The respective districts are meeting separately and strengthening prevention and surveillance. If there is an increase in the number of covid cases, it has been instructed to report and strengthen the defense accordingly.
