New Delhi: The Supreme Court again changed the consideration of the Media One case. The decision was taken by a bench headed by Justice DY Chandrachud.
The Supreme Court said that the interim permission granted to the channel to continue broadcasting will continue till the petition is disposed of. Media One filed the petition challenging the central action of banning the telecast.
