Thiruvananthapuram: CBI closes the solar molestation case against Hibi Eden. The CBI submitted a report to the court showing that there was no evidence against Hibi Eden. According to the report submitted by the CBI to the court, the complainant was unable to provide evidence and the investigation also failed to find evidence. The CBI also informed the court that it is continuing its investigation in other cases. The Thiruvananthapuram CBI unit submitted the report before the Thiruvananthapuram CBI court.
The complaint says that Hibi Eden was an MLA, he was tortured in the MLA hostel while discussing matters related to the solar project. The government handed over the investigation of the case to the CBI just before the last election. The police team that investigated this molestation case earlier could not find any evidence.
