Kabul: At least six people killed in a suicide blast near the training center in Kabul. The blast occurred near the entrance of marshal Fahim national defense university in Kabul. The suicide attackers blasted when the cadets were coming from the academy, reports said. According to reports, authorities not allowed the attacker to enter. A probe launched into the incident. Meanwhile, no terror groups claimed the responsibility of the attack.

New Delhi: Narendra Modi has been sworn in as Prime Minister from the second NDA government. The ceremony was held at Rashtrapati Bhavan. President Ramnath Kovind administered the oath. The oath took place in the name of God. Rajnath Singh took the oath of office in the cabinet. Amit Shah, Nitin Gadkari, Sadanda Gowda and Nirmala Sitharaman also took oath as ministers.

Nearly 8,000 guests attended the function. Apart from the leaders of BIMSTEC countries, including Bangladesh, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Nepal and Bhutan, heads of the states from Kyrgyzstan and Mauritius also were presented in the function.

Hooch Tragedy; 14 deaths in UP

Lucknow: At least 14 people were killed and 40 were seriously injured after drinking bogus liquor. The incident happened in the Barabanki district of Uttar Pradesh. The incident happened on Monday night.

Among the dead included four of the family members. A high-level inquiry was announced by the UP government on the tragedy.

The deceased used to buy alcohol from the Ram Nagar liquor shop. Ten Excise officials and two policemen were suspended following the incident.

42 prisoners found dead in prison in Brazil

At least 42 prisoners found dead in prison in northern Brazil. The prisoners died in Manus jail in the state capital of the Amazonas State.

The bodies were found when the prison authorities patrolling in jail. A special team has been constituted to investigate the incident and to assess the facilities in jail. The relatives of the prisoners protested outside the jail.

Syro Malabar Church document forgery case; Aditya gets bail

Kochi: The Aditya, who made forged document against Syro Malabar Church Major Archbishop Cardinal George Alanchery has been granted bail. Aditya is the third accused in this case. Ernakulam District Sessions Court granted bail.

The prosecution’s argument that other accused in the case, Fr Paul Thelakkattin and Fr Tony Kallukaran, should not be granted bail until the questioning is completed. However, the court rejected this. The court had stayed the arrest of the four accused Fr Paul Thekkattu and Fr Tony Kallukaran. The court also directed the police to submit a report on 7 June. The court directed this while considering anticipatory bail.Aditya was taken to custody on last Thursday. After three days of questioning, he was produced before a Magistrate and remanded in judicial custody. He was also remanded in custody again.

Doctor’s suicide case; Three Senior Doctors arrested in Mumbai

Mumbai: Three senior doctors arrested for harassment overcast. Dr. Bhakti Mohara, Dr. Hema Ahuja and Dr. Ankita Khandelwar were arrested. Payal commenced suicide on May 22.

Three people were absconding after Payal’s suicide. The three have already given an anticipatory bail to the Mumbai sessions court. The family had been protesting against the Beavil Nair Hospital in Mumbai demanding strict action against those responsible for the suicide of their daughter.
