New Delhi:  Prime Minister Narendra Modi with the suggestion that one country is one police. The proposal was also made to issue a uniform. The proposal was put forward while addressing the meeting of State Home Ministers held at Surajkund, Haryana.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi proposed that one country is one police in India, just like one country is one ration card. The Prime Minister demanded a nationwide uniform for the police. The Prime Minister suggested that the states should consult and make a decision.
The threat posed by Naxalism must be eradicated. They don’t just pick up the gun, they create a disturbance with the pen. The Prime Minister demanded to start a war against fake news and made it clear that people should be made aware of fake news. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also said that Chintan Shibir of state home ministers is a good example of cooperative federalism. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee were absent from the meeting chaired by Union Home Minister Amit Shah.

Chandigarh: Massive arms hunt in Punjab. The cache of weapons was seized from Firozpur near the Pakistan border. BSF and Punjab Police jointly conducted the weapons hunt.

Three AK 47 guns, three mini AK 47 guns, three pistols and rifles were recovered. The weapons that were delivered by drone from Pakistan were seized.

New Delhi:  Central government orders NIA probe in Coimbatore blast case. The Ministry of Home Affairs issued an order in this regard. The Tamil Nadu government had recommended an NIA probe. The recommendation was made in the context of the fact that the police got evidence that strengthened the IS connection of one of the accused and the suspicion of suicide attack. The NIA team reached Coimbatore yesterday and started collecting preliminary information. The NIA had interrogated all the five arrested accused.

Meanwhile, Coimbatore Ukkadam blast mastermind Jamesh Mubin’s cousin, Afsqar Khan, has been arrested. Police have seized a laptop from the house of Afzhar Khan, who is suspected of ordering explosives online. The police are investigating that the 76.5 kg explosives seized from Jamesha Mubin’s house were bought online. The police are also checking who ordered, how the payment was made and where it was delivered. The police suspect that the three-quarter quintal explosive stockpile was kept for more attacks. The police also found that the car that exploded used to be parked at the house of Afsqar, who was arrested today. Police are checking every suspicious vehicle in the city. A special meeting was held in Coimbatore to assess the law and order situation.

Home Minister Amit Shah announced that NIA branches will be established in all states by 2024. Amit Shah made this clear at a meeting of Home Ministers in Haryana.

New Delhi: India’s men’s and women’s cricketers will henceforth get equal match fee. BCCI General Secretary Jai Shah announced this through his Twitter handle. When the equal match fee announcement is implemented, players will get Rs 15 lakh for Test matches, Rs 6 lakh for ODIs and Rs 3 lakh for T20Is. Former India all-rounder Mithali Raj supported the BCCI’s decision. The star thanked BCCI and Jai Shah.

Lucknow:  At least five people died in a car accident in Uttar Pradesh’s Prayagraj district. Four women and a child died. Five people who were seriously injured in the accident were admitted to a nearby hospital.

The accident took place this morning near Handia Toll Plaza in Sangam city. It is reported that Tavera’s car, which was going from Kanpur to Varanasi, hit an electric post. Five people including 4 women and a child died on the spot in the accident.

Five others were seriously injured in the accident. Handia police reached the site and took the injured to the hospital. UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath expressed his condolences to the families of the deceased.
