New Delhi: The deadline for the Special Summary Revision (SSR) of electoral rolls has been extended in five states and one Union Territory—Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, and the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
- Tamil Nadu: Extended till December 19
- Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Andaman & Nicobar: Till December 23
- Uttar Pradesh: Till December 31
The final electoral roll will be published on February 21.
