Joe Biden Signed in Anti-Lynching Bill

Washington: US President Joe Biden has signed the Anti-Lynching Bill. The need for more than a century of American civil rights organizations and activists has been met. With this, genocide became a hate crime in the country.
The US Congress first enacted an anti-lynching bill 120 years ago. But so far it has failed to pass the law more than 200 times.

The U.S. civil rights struggle against genocide began in 1955 with the killing of a 14 – year – an old black man named Emmett Till. Named the Emet Till Anti-Lynching Bill. Biden said that between 1877 and 1950, more than 4,400 black people were massacred in the United States.
