Gitanjali Rao Time Magazine ‘Kid of the Year’

New York: Fifteen-year-old Indian-American Gitanjali Rao has been named Time Magazine’s first Kid of the Year. Gitanjali is a young scientist. Rao was named Time magazine’s first Kid of the Year out of more than 5,000 nominees.

Gitanjali won the Kid of the Year award for his discovery of various solutions using technology ranging from wastewater to cyberbullying. Gitanjali lives in Colorado, USA.
