Thiruvananthapuram: More than 12 people have confirmed the coronavirus positive on Saturday. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said this at a press conference. All the affected people are from the Gulf, the chief minister said.
The cases three are in Kannur, six in Kasargod and three in Ernakulam. With this, the total number of corona cases confirmed in the state has reached 52. The chief minister said there were 228 people in the hospital. The number of people being monitored in their homes exceeds 50,000.At least 70 people were hospitalized today. 3716 samples were sent for inspection. 2566 confirmed no infection.
