Maradu flat: Four accused remand period extended till 19th

Muvattupuzha: The Muvattupuzha Vigilance Court extended the remand period of all accused in Maradu flat case till November 19. The remand period of the accused has ended yesterday. The court will hear their bail plea in this case on eight this month.

Alpha Ventures Pvt Ltd, a company director, and producer of flat Serin Alpha in Maradu, Paul Raj, Maradu Panchayat Alappuzha former Secretary Ali Muhammad Ashraf (59), director of the Holy Faith Builders at Elamakkara Kattukudy Sani Francis (55) Maradu Panchayat Alappuzha former Superintendent  Ezhupunna P E Joseph (65) were remanded in police custody till November 19. The crime branch has filed a complaint alleging that the construction of flats was illegal and the sale of flats were concealed, despite knowing that it was illegal.
