The Supreme Court has stayed the trial in the case. Dileep’s plea for memory card will be considered in July. The hearing will be after the summer leave. The trial proceedings will be delayed as the trial remains.
Dileep said that the documents that are part of the case should be given to him for the verification. The High Court had earlier rejected the plea filed by the court. Dileep approached the Supreme Court challenging it.
