Popular South Indian actor Dhanush offered prayers at the famous Annamalaiyar (Arunachaleswarar) Temple in Thiruvannamalai along with his two sons, Yatra and Linga. The actor, who is currently shooting for his upcoming action drama film OM in Thiruvannamalai, took time out from his tight schedule to visit the shrine. During his visit, he also devoutly participated in the traditional ‘Go-Puja’ (cow worship ritual) held inside the temple premises.
Directed by Rajkumar Periasamy—who recently helmed the blockbuster movie Amaran—OM has been actively shooting in and around Thiruvannamalai for the past few days. The high-octane project features a stellar cast including Megastar Mammootty, Sreeleela, and Sai Pallavi in pivotal roles.
Word of Dhanush’s presence at the temple quickly spread, drawing large crowds of enthusiastic fans to the location. The actor completed his prayers amidst tight police and security bandobast before returning to the shoot.
