Pan-Indian actress Tamannaah Bhatia recently hosted the sacred Linga Bhairavi Devi Punya Puja at her residence in Mumbai. Following the auspicious ceremony, the actress took to her social media handles to pen a deeply emotional and spiritual note, describing how the divine process transformed her home’s atmosphere.
Reflecting on the serene aftermath of the ritual, Tamannaah shared that even after the guests had left and the chants faded, she felt compelled to sit beside Devi, reluctant for the day to end. She noted how the house remained charged with the energy of prayers, laughter, and togetherness.
The actress also revealed a beautiful coincidence that touched her heart. For days, Mumbai had been reeling under unbearable heat, leaving her worried about the comfort of her guests. However, at dawn on the day of the puja, she woke up to find the city drenched in an unexpected, refreshing rain. “Standing there, looking out at that unexpected morning, I remember feeling that something had already begun long before the first lamp was lit,” she wrote, beautifully concluding that it felt as though “Devi had arrived at home with the rain.” Tamannaah also expressed her deep gratitude to the sadhvis from the Isha Yoga Center for conducting the puja with immense grace and devotion.
