The Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the Sabarimala gold theft case convened an emergency meeting under ADGP H. Venkitesh at the Crime Branch office in Eenchakkal, Thiruvananthapuram.
The SIT is likely to record the arrest of Unnikrishnan Potti, the main accused, in a second case. The second accused, Murari Babu, is also under custody. Sources say Murari Babu will be taken to the Sannidhanam for evidence collection soon.
