Thiruvananthapuram: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan unveiled the logo of the AI assistant “Swami Chatbot” developed by the district administration system for pilgrims to the Sabarimala temple. Swami chat is accessible through a smart phone interface. Bot ensures comprehensive service in 6 languages including English, Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil and Kannada.
Through this, devotees will be able to access information about temple matters such as processions, pooja times, airports and railway stations. Through the Swamy Chatbot, it is intended to efficiently implement the services of important departments like police and forest department.
The district administration stated that through the functioning of this modern digital system, the Sabarimala Yatra will be made more convenient and safe and the services will be delivered to the devotees as soon as possible. The direction was made in collaboration with Muthoot Group.
