The High Court has given permission to park small vehicles in Pampa from now on

Idukki: The High Court has allowed Sabarimala pilgrims to park small vehicles at Pampa Hilltop and Chakkupallam during Mandala Makaravilakku. The decision was taken on the petition of the Travancore Devaswom Board to allow parking.

From 2018, small vehicles were restricted to Pampa. Small vehicles were not allowed. With the permission of the High Court, it will be possible to park around 2000 vehicles here.

The High Court has given permission to park vehicles for 24 hours. The High Court has informed that the permission is temporary and restrictions will be imposed in case of traffic jam or other problems.
