Thodupuzha: The work of Glass Bridge (Glass Bridge) installed at Kolahalamedu in Vagamon has resumed. On the first day, more than six hundred tourists came to climb the bridge. The 40-feet long and 150-feet high cantilever glass bridge will be reopened in favorable weather conditions.

During the last rainy season, the director of the tourism department had suggested that the bridge should be closed keeping safety in mind. Then the operation of Glass Glass Bridge was suspended from June 1. The bridge has been reopened after ensuring strict adherence to the recommendations of the interim report of the study conducted by the Department of Civil Engineering, NIT, Kozhikode. Only 15 people are allowed at a time. Entry will not be allowed in adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain and wind. Tourists can enter the Glass Bridge from 9 am to 5.30 pm.
