Kochi: The price of gold in the state has increased today. The price of gold rose by Rs. 30 per gram to Rs. 6,635 per gram. Sovereign rose by Rs. 240 to Rs. 53,080. 20 per gram of 18 carat gold.
The rapid increase in the price of gold is increasing the demand for 18 carat gold jewellery. There is a price difference of more than a thousand rupees per gram between 22 carat gold jewelry and 18 carat gold jewellery.
