Kollam: The woman complained that she was a victim of domestic violence and witchcraft at her husband’s house. On the complaint of a 21-year-old girl from Thrikaruwa, the police arrested Khalid (55) at his house in Injavila. He is the second accused in the case. The woman’s husband Seithali and mother Seena are absconding.
The two got married last March. In the complaint, the woman says that after the marriage, she is constantly tortured physically and mentally for the sake of dowry and forced to perform magic pujas.
