Thiruvananthapuram: TTE arrested for misbehaving with young woman. The incident occurred on the Nilambur-Kochuveli Rajya Rani. Nitish, a native of Thiruvananthapuram, was arrested. The police said that he was drunk. The train left Nilambur on Monday night. The incident took place in Aluva around 1 am on Tuesday. The woman was traveling alone.
The father, who came to unload the train, had specifically told TTE that he should take care of his daughter alone. The railway police said that he took advantage of this and started harassing the girl. A case was registered against him under non-bailable sections.
