Terrorists shoot at protesters in Iran; Five people are reported to have been killed

Tehran: Terrorists shoot at protesters in Iran. According to reports, five people were killed in the attack. Protesters and security forces were attacked in Iran’s southwestern Khuzestan province.

Two armed militants on bikes opened fire on protesters in a central market in the city of Iseh. More than 10 people were injured, state media reported on Wednesday, citing an unnamed official. No one has yet claimed responsibility for the shooting.

On October 26, at least 13 people were killed in an attack on the Shah Cheragh Mausoleum in Shiraz, according to official figures. IS claimed responsibility for the incident. The new developments come as the anti-hijab protest continues in Iran. Several people were killed in the protests that began after the killing of Mahsa Amini, who was arrested for not conforming to Iran’s dress code.
