An intensive campaign to vaccinate stray dogs will be started from September 20. The Chief Minister said that stray dog bite is an issue that all people must face together and the problem cannot be solved by killing stray dogs. Such actions cannot be accepted and a scientific solution is needed for this.

Meanwhile, there are 21 deaths due to lice infestation this year. He added that 15 of them were unvaccinated. Tests were conducted to find out the cause of death of all the 21 who died. But the chief minister said that there was a 57% increase in the use of anti-venom vaccines and ensuring the quality of anti-venom vaccines is central.
