Colombo: The mastermind of the Sri Lankan blasts killed. Zahran Hashim was killed in a blast. The event was confirmed by President Maitriala Sirisena. According to the report, the blast took place at a hotel in Colombo.
Intelligence agencies have reported that Hashim was killed in a blast at the Shangri La Hotel. He was a prime leader in the terrorist outfit National Touhid Jama’at, a Sri Lankan-based terrorist organization. The Director of the Military Intelligence has also confirmed the details of Hashim’s murder. The Sri Lankan government has arrested about 140 suspected ISI operatives and 70 of them have been arrested, Mitripala Sirisena told reporters.
