Palakkad: One more person has been arrested in the incident of a Chhattisgarh native being brutally lynched to death in Walayar. A man named Shaji, who was absconding, has been arrested.
It is believed that he participated in the lynching. So far, 8 people have been arrested in connection with the case. A Chhattisgarh native, Ramnarayanan, was lynched to death by a mob on the charge of being a thief. The police have concluded that there are around 15 accused in the case, including women.
