Kottayam:The TTK Prestige-Vanitha Film Awards, one of the popular film awards in Malayalam, announced here on Monday. Prithviraj has been selected as best actor for his performance in Celluloid and Mumbai Police. Shobhana won best actress award for her performance in the film Thira, though which she made a comeback to Malayalam. Drishyam, directed by Jeethu Joseph, has been selected as the best film. Amen won the award for most popular film.
Dileep is selected as the most popular actor (Sound Thoma, Shringaravelan) and most popular actress is Amala Paul (Oru Indian Pranaya Katha). Innocent has won the Lifetime Achievement Award. The most popular star-pair is Nivin Pauli and Nazriya for their performance in the film Neram. Fahad Fazil has won the Special Performance Award for his roles in Oru Indian Pranaya Katha, Amen, North 24 Katham etc.
