Zakir Naik cannot return to India, says Malaysia

Kuala Lumpur: The Malaysian government said that Dr. Zakir Naik, a Muslim preacher who is under investigation over hate speech, will not return to India. The Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohammed made this clear. There is no problems with Zakir Naik and therefore cannot send him back, "said Mahathir Mohammed. The Malaysian government made facility to Zakir Naik to stay there. There was roomer about Zakir's back to India. But Zakir denied it. Zakir, who said he was not coming back to India, said that he did not believe in unfair hearing over his case. The Home Ministry had also said that there was no information on Zakir's return. Zakir arrived in Malaysia and gave his government a residency. The Malaysian government has repeatedly rejected the demand of India, who is facing a probe by the National Anti-Terrorism Agency. The Malaysian government demanded Red Corner to be against Zakir so that they can arrest him and return him to India. But India failed to issue the red corner notice. The NIA observed that Zakir Nayak's speeches would break the harmony between the various religious groups in India. The 52-year-old Zakir was arrested on 2016.
