Bosnian War Criminal Committed Suicide in the Court

Hauge: Bosnian war criminal dies after taking poison in UN tribunal court. Slobodan Praljak, a commander of Croat forces during the 1990s war in Bosnia, swigged poison from a flask moments after a panel of appeals judges upheld his 20 year sentence for war crimes on Wednesday morning.

He succumbed to the death on the way to hospital, reports said.

He refused to admit the guilty. According to reports he had drunk the poison after stating that 'I am not war criminal.

Tribune had trial persons who leaded to evacuating Muslims from the Bosnian Croat in 1990's. Court hears cases of other six persons.

The Court sentenced Ratko Mladic, former Bosnian  Serb Army Head, last week.
