Ockhi tragedy: The state government asked to continue search for ten days

Thiruvananthapuram: The state government has decided to continue searching for the missing people in the sea following the cyclone. The letter was sent to Chief Secretary Dr K. Ibrahim Navi, Coast Guard and Air Force. The government have been asked to continue the search process for ten days. The ships demanded to continue searching in the depths of the sea.

The government has also requested that to include fisher workers in the search. In the morning, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan demanded that the search should be continued until finding the last person trapped in the sea. The navy has pointed out some difficulties in the open sea search. The meeting will hold with union defence Minister in the issue, CM added in the statement.
