New Delhi: Hadiya, the Keralite woman who has converted to Islam will be produced in the Supreme Court today in the case of Love Jihad controversy, reports said. The NIA will demand that Hadiya's arguments should not be considered as Hadiya is subjected to forced conversion. The NIA will also rise that the High Court had taken into consideration the fact that Hadiya had a weak mind. The Hadiya's husband will raise the point that, there is no need of NIA probe in this case in the wake of Hadiya's reveal that she has not forced to the religion conversion. Ashokan, Hadiya's father arrived in Delhi last week and met some lawyers of the Supreme Court at Kerala House. Ashokan's plea that Hadiya's argument is to be heard in closed room is in the consideration. A bench headed by Justice DY Chandrachud and AM Khanvilkar will consider the case.
