Bengaluru: In Karnataka Legislative Assembly, BS Yeddyurappa took oath as the Chief Minister.

Karnataka governor Vajubhai Vala administered the oath in the presence of senior state BJP leaders and Union ministers, even as Janata Dal (Secular) and Congress leaders protested outside. Heavy police security was put in place to ensure that no untoward incident occurs on the occasion.

This is the third time Yeddyurappa becomes the Chief Minister of the state, but maybe an unlikely power. Since the BJP has only a majority of 104 members, it can not be expected within 15 days to shut the MLAs from the Congress or Janata Dal without violating the law of immigration.
