Titli; Eight people died in Andrapradesh, Heavy loss in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: Cyclone Titli, who arrived at Odisha coast today, caused a massive loss in Odisha and neighboring Andhra Pradesh. The National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) has reported eight died in Andhra Pradesh. Titli is a severe cyclone. About 3 lakh people were shifted to Odisha.

The government has warned them to stay away from the coast. This is because of the abundance of large waves. IndiGo's five flights have been canceled. The cyclone has hit eight districts in Odisha.

Electricity systems have been damaged in the state. Electric posts and trees fell into the trunks. Both the states face huge flood threat.

The cyclone is heading towards West Bengal. However, the Met department said it would reduce its strength.
