The second charge sheet filed against Mirsa Bharti by ED

New Delhi: The Directorate of Enforcement has filed a second charge sheet against Misa Bhatti, daughter of RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav. The charge sheet was filed in connection with the money laundering case. The first charge sheet was submitted on December 23rd.

The ED had conducted a search at the farmhouse in Delhi, owned by Bharti and husband Shailesh Kumar. Their bridge farms are located in Bijvasan, South Delhi.

The Enforcement Directorate has found that M S Mishel packers and printers private Ltd. farm house's owner is Bharti. In the year 2008-09, the Farm House purchased an investment of Rs 1.2 crore. This was done by making money in to black money.

In the second case related to fodder scam, Lalu Prasad has been convicted by a CBI court today. Earlier, the court had earlier found Lalu guilty of fodder scam.
