New Delhi: The Supreme Court Constitutional Bench, headed by Chief Justice of India stated that Delhi has no power of state. At the same time, Lt. Governor can work with the decision of cabinet. Government decisions should be inform to the Lt. Governor. The bench comprising Chief Justice of Delhi Dipak Misra and judges A K Sikri,A M Khanwiker, D Y Chandrachood, Asok Bhooshan announced the verdict.

Legislative assembly can be a legal framework except for police, land, and peace. Disagreements should be discussed. But this does not mean that the Governor's approval is needed. Democracy requires collective action. The Supreme Court also observed that those who are in the constitution should be free of acceptance.
