National Anthem is not mandatory in Theaters: Supreme Court

New Delhi: The Supreme Court withdraws the order to play National Anthem in theaters followed by the opposition raised inside the Apex Court itself. There is mandatory for playing the National Anthem before the movie, and the people would show their honor with standing inside the theater while playing National Anthem.

Theaters can continue with playing National Anthem, Supreme Court said. The center seeks to withdraw the mandatory of National Anthem,on Monday.

In a five-page affidavit submitted by the Center said to the court that, when the Minister committee to sing the National Anthem and it is under examining, reports said. This is a demand that requires more than six months. The notice will be issued by the government after studying the issue, until then the situation continued before 2016 November to be continued, the government asked to the court.

Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Deepak Mishra issued this notice on November 30, 2016. The Supreme Court said that this will give people a chance to express their love towards Nation. But it was criticized from the Supreme Court itself.
