New Delhi: Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar proved majority in the Goa Assembly, 22 MLAs supported him, reports said.
During the floor test, MLA Vishwajeet Rane skipped voting. He got 16 votes in the trust vote.
As the Supreme Court orderd to conduct the Assembly for hold the trust vote, today itself, 40 members Assembly held together in the Assembly for the floor test. Parrikar was finally sworn in as CM on Wednesday.
According to reports, NCP, Goa Forward Party were supported the CM in trust vote.
