Redchillie powder-1 spoon

Turmeric powder-a pinch

Pepper powder- ½ spoon


Gharam masala-1/2 spoon

Curryleaf-2 sprigs

Salt,oil-as required


1. Boil the egg well and cut each into 4 pieces

2. Grind all exept curry leaves and aply it well on the egg

3. Heat oil in a frying pan add some curry leaves and then fry the egg pieces.

4. Add more curry leaves and serve it hot.
