Beetroot Ginger Curry

Ginger cut into thin pieces- ½ cup
Grated Beetroot- ½ cup
Shallots cut into thin pieces- ¼ cup
Green Chilly sliced into small pieces- 3
Tamerind-10 gram
Red chilly powder-1 teaspoon
Jaggery- 10 gram
Salt- as required
Oil-1 teaspoon


1. Sauté Ginger, Beetroot and shallots and grind it well

2. Then add some water to the paste,add tamarind juice, Jaggery, red chilly powder, green chillies and Salt to the water and boil it.

3. When it starts to become thick, switch off the stove and your beetroot ginger curry is ready
